Melanin and Mental Health
Challenge
Melanin and Mental Health is a mental healthcare provider database, podcast, and online store for people of color. In view of a non-functioning website and outdated layout, Melanin and Mental Health reached out to TC Creatives to redesign their website.
Approach
The Melanin and Mental Health website had different aspects – a directory, podcast, store, membership platform, and blog. Our approach was to create a cohesive website, clearly representing the vision and mission of the brand. By separating the directory and the e-commerce shop we were able to streamline the brand and increase revenue for the merchandise.
Web Development
The Melanin and Mental Health website was designed to help position the brand as the leading source for Black and Latinx Healthcare providers. TC Creatives’ team built two clean and user-friendly websites.
Using the main domain for the directory site and a subdomain for the e-commerce site, with the sites referencing to each other, allowing them to grow independently and as one.
